I'm wondering what everyone's favourite ab exercises are. I find that a lot of ab exercises can be either: boring, too easy, too difficult or painful! I'd love to learn some new exercises that will get my abs into shape!
Situps should do most of the time. If you want to work different parts of your abs then you can add twists to the exercise. You can rotate while doing it to target the side of your abs. More importantly though, lose the fat around your stomach for your abs to start showing then start defining them.
