When Microsoft first released their Surface tablet, first thing brought to our attention was Windows 8 because this operating system was also announce to be released for PC upgrade. However Surface disappointed many people because of the RT OS version, as opposed to the PC full operating system. Actually it's know that Windows 8 RT is simply an ARM operating system that is probably accepted for any mobile device other than Microsoft's as long as such devices support ARM applications. Question is , would you try to install Windows 8 RT in your ARM-processor mobile device?
