I have a few workout dvds, maybe around 20 or so. I have a little bit of everything but I have to say my favorites are by Jillian Michaels. I have loved her since the first season of The Biggest Loser. When I'm doing a short workout, I grab the 30 Day Shred or one of the other shorter dvds. On days when I want a longer workout, I grab No More Trouble Zones or one of the other longer ones. They really give me a good workout and I burn a ton of calories. Do you have any favorites?
