My usual egg dish I eat on a daily basis, is with garlic, green onions, and scrambled eggs mix. Sometimes, I hard-boil eggs and eat them with Cayenne or Tabasco sauce, unless I'm eating it with noodles of some sorts. Sunny-side up eggs, I only eat whenever I am eating it with a T-bone steak or country fried chicken, sausage, and hash browns - always good to eat after a night out of drinking fermented drinks!
Omelette, any vegetable omelette does me a great satisfaction. This is the only thing I am able to use just egg whites that I know. When I omelette something, a vegetable, I throw off the egg yolk since most of the calories of the egg come from it and it's also overly packed with tons of cholesterol. So to be able to enjoy the egg without its unhealthy cohorts, I don't included its yellow part in my meals. I prepare the best meal without its yolk by making a delicious and nutritious omelette.
I love eggs benedict with a silghtly runny egg and the rich sauce. I don't have it too often. I also can't make it myself that well so it's a nice treat when I'm going out for brunch. One of my favorite restaurants makes their own english muffins and they are so delicious and soft.
I really love sunny-side up eggs. I especially love it when the yolk is not well-done. I dip bacon in the yolk! Yummy yummy! It's also great with fried rice.
Korean Egg Omelette locally known in Korea as Gaeran Mari (google Korean Gaeran Mari) is another way of loving your eggs. You can do many different variations and flavors.
