Warning to others, this is the worse company out there. I would have loved to have read user comments & ratings about this whatabloom.com company before purchasing 3 of these $50 for $100 worth of product vouchers! I ordered 2 flower arrangement in advance, they did not arrive on the specified delivery date. Called their 1-800 number, was told it would be sent out same day. Received 1 so called arrangement that contained 8 roses instead of the 24 ordered. Got an email stating the arrangements would be sent the following week. A day later received the other again so called arrangement with again not the right amount of flowers ordered and received nothing the following week as specified by the e-mail. I have contacted them again, keep getting the run around, manager never returns the calls, and they will not give me anyones name or number higher up than the manager. Now i've lost money and am stuck with more vouchers for the same store.
Absolutely horrible. Ruined my motherss birthday. Placed an order days in advance of my 75 year old mothers birthday. They charged my credit card at time of purchase. My mother's birthday came and went, I talked to my mother and she made no mention of flowers. So, I emailed them, thinking my mom hadn't been around to accept delivery. I was shocked to get an email back telling me they couldn't fulfill the order because they couldn't find a florist in my mother's area. This is an absolute lie, my mother lives in a town of 60,000 and there are at least a half dozen florists there. They're prices are high enough - even before their $14.99 service fee - that they could easily have fulfilled the order through any of those florists and still made a very tidy profit. It's bad enough that they didn't bother to fulfill my order, but what makes me absolutely livid is that they didn't bother to notify me. What a joke. What's worse, I have found dozens of similar reviews on the web, going back a few years. This wasn't a one-time mistake - these people have no problem repeatedly taking peoples money and then failing to delivery on birthdays, anniversaries, valentines, etc. Not only are they incompetent, but unethical to boot. I talked to my bank this morning and they confirmed that it's against Visa's terms of service - and possibly fradulent - for an online retailer to charge you for a service they can't deliver. This is why competent retailers don't charge your card until they've confirmed they have the goods to deliver. Don't do business with these people.
