When I need jerseys or clothing I would head over to EBay and find the best price there, if I wanted to buy a cool gadget I would go to DealExtreme because the price is always good and the quality is good also. I go on EBay more because if I do not want to pay shipping or do not want to wait long I go to the search and change it to my preferences. I have not used Amazon because of where I live and I think it would be better if everyone used one website to buy and sell because then there would be many more sellers and buyers. I think EBay and DealExtreme should merge into one big website or Amazon and EBay would be amazing and it would help everyone. The website I rarely shop it would have to be Adidas or the Nike websites because if I go instore and find an item that I first check and see if it is cheaper on the website before buying it and making up my mind or if only the website has what I am looking for or the store.
Yeah I agree with you, Amazon is great. It has everything I need and the shipping is fast most of the time. Another great thing about Amazon are the user reviews, because most other sites only have a few reviews and they are often either joke reviews or barely helpful. Amazon offers a huge amount of reviews on most items, because the userbase is just that big. It doesn't matter if I want to buy a laptop, shoes or a new soccer jersey, Amazon has it all and offers lots of helpful reviews on top of it. The only thing I don't buy on Amazon is computer games, because most of the time I can get them cheaper on Steam or Ebay.
I use Amazon because most of my purchases are things I use around the house or small electronic items. I already have Amazon Prime, so I can save plenty of money on shipping charges and whatnot. I see no reason to use any other websites, except for specific items I can't find on Amazon. I don't use Walmart.com becaues they charge far more for shipping and have a smaller inventory.
I shop online the most on Amazon. I'm an amazon prime member and I would suggestion people who buy frequently on Amazon to get it too. Amazon prime gives you free shipping on popular items and two day guaranteed delivery. Prime is $100 for one year, if you make 20 or more purchases a year then the free shipping cost pays for itself. With prime you get access to other content like movies, kindle books, and music. Also if you are a student with a .edu email, you can get amazon prime student for $49 /year, same benefits for half the price.
I only shop on Amazon.com these days. With a Prime membership you can pretty much guarantee you will be paying less shipping than at other retailers. Also anything I want I can find there. If I want clothing, it's on Amazon. If I want electronics, it's on amazon. If I want furniture I can also find that on Amazon. The thing is the products aren't proprietary on Amazon so you're usually buying from a company that has it's own website. I'd rather shop for a Target item on Amazon than I would on Target. Also the prices are usually lower than anywhere else.
I am also a fan of Amazon. I do have Amazon Prime and feel, for me, that it is worth the $99 a year. There have been times when I have ordered something and received it the next day! I love that I don't have to scramble to add items to meet the $35 for free shipping. Before I had Prime, I would needlessly buy things in order to secure the free shipping. I order something from Amazon about every other week. I also love Ebay. Whenever I am looking for something unusual, I seem to be able to find it on Ebay. A lot of times I can find item cheaper on Ebay than I can on Amazon.
Amazon is the obvious choice. Great selection, very secure, and good benefits for being a member. Prime is so worth the free 2 day shipping. Also if you're a college student in the US they'll give it to you for free for 6 months.
I love shopping on amazon. I never have to complain nor do I ever have any issues with them. everything that I have ordered off there has worked perfect and was in excellent condition if used. My second favorite online shopping would have to be torrid. Because I am a plus size woman I look for sexy body flattering clothes and shoes torrid always has everything that im looking for. I also love their prices promotions club and deals. They are great and have beautiful clothes and shoes they even sell costumes.
I think Amazon is the best especially when you're living in the US. But I don't stick to one shop for all my shopping, I tend to find the best deals first before I buy anything online. I usually pay using my Paypal so sometimes Amazon is not the best option so I still go to eBay and other sites just to find some good deals where I can use my Paypal. But in terms of overall experience and service I think Amazon is the best out there. The deals are great and the shipping is fast and free.
Usually Amazon and Ebay if I'm in a hurry to purchase things, which is most people's answers. But sometimes, I go to Craigslist or local city listings, to buy things directly from people, just to get out and socialize a little bit. Even though online stores have innovated a lot of aspects of buying things, sometimes I like to interact with people face to face, because it reminds me that humans are still running the show in the end.
I use Amazon most of the time. I can always find a good deal and I've been lucky with free shipping on several occasions. Sometimes I will use eBay or something like that, but I find I like the sellers better through Amazon. If I have to I will buy something through Target or Walmart and have it shipped to the store for pickup. I try to look for the best deal. That is usually where I will make my purchase.
I have Amazon prime so I go to it for most of the common products I want. You can't beat the two day free shipping deal. It has more than paid for itself by now. If I want something of a specific brand they don't have (clothes and makeup mostly) I'll shop around for a good price elsewhere. Sometimes the best deal is through the retailer but I'll also look for a place with a rewards type program.
For shoes, I will head over to Zappos.com. They provided quick and reliable service, but the only downside is that that most of what you want is displayed at full price. There are never any coupon codes, only specific items on sale. For everyday and clothing items, I head to amazon. If it is video games or a utensils I need, then it has me covered. Amazon is the top dog here in almost every category. They're amazing.
Amazon is definitely my number one online store. They have so much on that site it is incredible, and I am able to earn gift cards for Amazon with a number of sites I use, so that is a huge incentive to shop there. Ebay is my other favorite. If I can't find a good price on Amazon, I will check ebay. Ebay has a lot of used things, like used clothes and shoes. So that is usually where I go when I need a clothing item I was not able to find at a local thrift store. Ebay has some drawbacks though, you really need to check the seller's rating, and I highly recommend avoiding Chinese sellers no matter how good they seem. I have been burned too many times by them to take that chance again.
I have to say I enjoy shopping at Amazon the most out of any other online store. They've got everything you could possibly want on there, and the delivery is usually timely and correct. They also have some of the best prices around. So I have to give them the edge over every other store. I do enjoy shopping online a lot though, from places such as Nike, Under Armour, Old Navy and Gap. I would recommend them as well.
I tend to shop at Amazon quite a lot. It is my go-to online retailer. I can usually find products at much lower prices on Amazon, and it saves me a lot of money in the long run. I used to shop on eBay and Half.com but I noticed that I don't get great deals anymore. Maybe I don't look hard enough for those sites, but I really like Amazon. I used to have the 2-day shipping when I had Amazon Prime and it made life much easier as well. The 2-day shipping would be enough to make me get Prime again.
Amazon it seems, is the winner. So far anyway. I too am a fan of Amazon, but I enjoy the prime. Everyone seems to mention the free shipping but no one (that I have noticed anyway) has mentioned the shipping times. With prime you can have 1 and 2 day delivery dates. They also have plans to build more warehouses so they can have 6 hour shipping in the areas around the new warehouses.
Like most of the posters above, I would have to say that the shop that I visit and use the most when it comes to online shopping is Amazon, though after my last purchase with them, I am still side-eyeing them and their conduct. Second most used online store that I purchase things from would have to be Ebay. The prices re cheap, and you can contact the seller if there are any problems. The delivery times are spectacular also. I have never had to wait any more than three days. The fastest delivery was next day delivery, even when I hadn't requested it.
