I actually feel really bad. I never exercise anymore, not too intensely anyway. The last time I did a hardcore workout my heart seems to burst and my vision went nuts. I had to really steady myself on the floor. After that I was dehydrated immensely and I suffered from diarrhea I'm not even joking. Now my friends said it was because I'm not used to intense workout and that I should drink a lot of liquid after and during a workout.
The more intense the workout, the tired I am. The more tired I am, the better I feel. I know it sounds weird but it just feels good knowing I've finished a hard work out. My body relaxes and it's just kind of the best feeling ever, to be honest. Nothing compares to this.
I have aches everywhere in my body but I feel really good morally speaking. Taking a shower after an insane workout however is, oh well, heaven on earth.
