I have a lot of cellulite on my lower body. Do you know of any at home thigh toning exercises that can be done at my house? I cannot do my squats do to medical reasons ( I have scoliosis, and it makes my curve worse)! Are there any alternatives that you know of?
Log In I love that video for legs and butt toning! It's pilates inspired. I love pilates (and the Blogilates Youtube channel), but I actually like this specific workout even more. Really gives a nice leg burn, and no squat at all!
