When I was in High School TJ Maxx was the place to shop for me and my friends. I was the best dressed in school because of that store. Now my son works there and has discovered that he loves their men fashion. He came home with a leather jacket that looks like the one VinDiesel wears from the movie The Fast and The Furious. I have been buying my clothing from shopping catalogs, either online on the ones I get in the mail but I plan to start shopping at TJ Maxx agian to find the latest fashions.
I shop at TJMaxx and Marshall's fairly often. I have found good deals on things like fitness attire, sweaters, and pet products. It is nice to pay less for quality brands. The brands of fitness attire that I have been pleased with include Under Armour, Spalding, and Avalanche. If you use their credit card, you get a $10 coupon for every 1000 points that you earn. Of course, you earn the most points from your purchases at their store. I used my coupons at Christmas time to purchase gifts.
I like TJ Maxx a lot and wish that I could shop there more; when I get more income I plan to do just that since I live really close to one. I really like their purses and their perfume section. I like the discounted prices on the perfumes, plus they have some fragrances there that I sometimes don't find at other places. I like the men's section too, for clothes for my son who's in high school. I also really like the decorations that they have for your home, as well as the selection of candles.
I love TK Maxx, as we call it in the UK!! I love that you can get designer gear at such discounted prices, and you have access to so many different things under one roof. Also, some of my stuff that I've bought there isn't stuff I see worn by other people, unlike if I shopped at a regular high street clothing store. You can find some true gems that you wouldn't normally have access to otherwise. I especially love their jeans and scarves (I love scarves!). It's also a good place to shop for unique gifts.
I absolutely love TJ Maxx. They have a variety of styles and products for a great price. Most of their items are of decent quality too. It is probably my favorite place to shop aside from Ross.
I don't like TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, or Ross. Every time I go there, the clothes are scattered all over the place, and everything is just so disorganized that I have to walk through the same aisle multiple times just to find something I like. Also, the clothes are very cheaply made. A lot of the clothes are even stained! From time to time, you can catch a really good deal, but this only happens to me about once a year. I've pretty much given up on TJ Maxx and the other stores.
I love TK Maxx too, especially the handbags and jeans. It's true that the stores are a complete mess and you need to spend a lot of time rummaging around but they are such good value that I think it's worth the effort.
We have a TJ Maxx (the one that has more the clothes, they have home goods too), a Marshall's and a Ross. I think TJ Maxx is generally my favorite. I'm plus sized, so good luck finding any clothing there, but everything else, like accessories, home furnishings, and non perishable food, is all at great prices. I've been able to great fancy box mixes, vanilla extract, olive oil and multiple jams and etc for GREAT prices. My Dad bought an ice black chair from their, that he loves and got for a fantastic price. It can be hit or miss at TJ Maxx and the store is ALWAYS messy, but I think that's more the fact that customers always leave huge messes and the employees not being to keep up more then anything.
I like TJ Maxx, I use to buy from them all the time! Especially shoes and sneakers. You can find some good deals there, mainly in the clearance rack. I shop at TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Ross. It's all about saving money on name brand clothes.
I really love shopping at TJMaxx for fitness clothes. I know the quality is going to be pretty good for something I rotate out frequently, and the price is always right.
I prefer Marshall's over TJ Maxx, though they really are one in the same. Actually, maybe I do like TJ Maxx more now that Marshall's has implemented their new checkout system. Last time I went to Marshall's, they had this new robotic checkout system where a machine called your number and you were directed where to go. It was way too, "Back to the Future" for me. It kind of creeped me out. TJ Maxx is really good for beauty deals as well as fashion deals. I've gotten a lot of great gift sets there for very cheap. The only thing that I wish they had more of is baby and kid's clothes. Last time I went they had a very limited selection, though the prices were pretty good.
I enjoy TJMAXX for their amazing deals, however i think they are too disorganized - at least the couple stores I've been to are. They seem to have stuff all over the place. Marshall's and Ross are discount stores i prefer because they are easier to go through and find stuff you need.
