I took a quick look at the food offered in the book and that "bacon, letttuce and peach" sandwich got me to thinking about food. Cooking fresh food from your garden always has the best flavors and taste. The pride of knowing you are able to produce something that you can eat and share with others is just so gratifying.

Recently, I have had the pleasure of eating so many different tomatoes from so many different people's gardens. I will hate when I have to go back to store bought in the winter. They've ruined me for grocery tomatoes. I have tried sooo many tomato recipes it's ridiculous. STILL not tired of them though. The variety helps.
