Walmart hands down. Target is extremely overpriced and there products are not superior nor is there customer service experience. Things like that depend on the area and environment you live in. The says that all Walmarts are frequented by "unsavory" characters is a blanket statement as well as a very pompous thing to say. Just my 2 cents.
