I take my kids to a municipal (from the city council) swimming pool. I always thought the prices were great, they just go once a week, but I pay around 26€ per month from both of them. Just the other day I realized this is half price because they are under 18 years old, a great initiative from the city council. Do you also have this kind of discounts/services where you live?
