I love SubWay because it adds a alternative and it is actually healthy. SubWay is great tasting and it is really not that expensive either. Another great aspect of SubWay, I like is the fact that Subway is really located conveniently almost every where. I will almost take Sub Way over a lot of different brands of food now a days.

I recently tried one of their new "Flatizzas" and I was really surprised. It was way better than I expected and it satisfied my craving for pizza with much less calories. What made my experience even better was that the lady who worked there gave us free cookies and I'm sure you all know how amazing their cookies are. She then made it even better by saying she gives away free cookies everyday to all of her customers!

Yes I definitely agree I am such a huge fan of Subway I love that you can add anything you want to your sandwich. They have really good deals too that's what makes it even better.

I also enjoy that they have the breakfast choices as well that is definitely something that I am glad that they had added for those who have to work in the morning or just want to eat something light.

I don't like Subway too much and stopped going there. I agree with previous posters who say it isn't fresh or healthy. Sometimes they put way too much mustard or lettuce and do a poor job making the sandwich. A minor problem I had before was having to open up my sandwich and take tons of lettuce out and try to wipe off sauces. I just don't trust them making my sandwiches anymore. I admit I like how their sandwiches taste when they're made right and I've always like their bread. Their food gives me a headache so, that's why I stopped going there in addition to having to modify them if they were put together poorly. I am super sensitive to food so complaining about them being put together poorly may be an exaggeration.

There certainly are great bargains at Subway. In December, you can purchase a Meatball Marinara or a Cold Cut Combo for $2! January was "Janu-any", which means any foot-long was $5. I only eat a 6 inch sub, so this means my lunch was $2-$2.50 for 2 months straight. The food is good quality for that price.

If I am in the mood for a sub then I absolutely go to Subway. I think that they definitely give the most bang for the buck when it comes to fast food also. Five dollars for a foot long sub, I'll take it!
I do agree with the few posters who said it is still fast food though and you should not let it fool you into thinking it is healthier than making your own meals. I think at the end of the day, if you're going for healthy in general, work your way to preparing your own meals. If you are just looking for a healthy fast food alternative though, then Subway is for you.

We really like Subway. I prefer Blimpies, however there isn't any where we live now so Subway is a good alternative. I love how we can get a foot long ( okay 11 inches lol) for only $5.00. They are a lot healthier than McDonald's and Burger King and other such greasy fast food restaurant. I think for the most part, they are an excellent sandwich shop for your money.

Another thing that I like about Subway is the fact that you can actually see them as they prepare your food. I have I wish they had a drive thru, but I think its better to be able to walk in and see as they prepare your food because I sometimes worry about how food gets handled or prepared at other restaurants while waiting at the drive thru. Its better to be able to correct them right then and there incase they mess up on the order.

I worked at Subway for a long time. It's not healthy or "good" for you by any means, but to say that it is on the same level as McDonald's or other fast food is misleading. Many of the sandwiches Subway offers are lower in fat and calories, depending on what you get. Avoid the tuna salad and meatball subs. I mean, people would come in there, get a footlong buffalo chicken with double cheese, extra mayo, and two cookies and a Coke and think they were eating healthy because it's Subway. XD
