Somehow I wound up going to two O'Reilly Auto Parts stores yesterday. I had a decent experience at both of them. I don't expect super friendly service everywhere, and I don't want people bending over backwards for me. Both stores were clean, though, and I got taken care of within minutes. I walked in, asked if a part was in stock, they checked right away, and then I got my items and checked out. It was efficient, and there were no upsells, which I always appreciate. I know what I need to buy, and upsell recommendations are just wasting my money. Two good experiences from two separate locations for the same company. No complaints here.
