Staff rotation

    In the place where I usually have lunch the staff is always changing, I mean ALL the staff and ALL the time! I can't recall the last time we had a whole month with the same people and this makes no sense to me. I talked to this woman leaving there as well and she said the working conditions are terrible, but from the client perspective (mine) it's also bad because the food quality changes (they change the cook right) and so on and on... Have you seen something similar to this?

    So the working conditions are so terrible that everybody just quits all the time? Either the manager is incompetent or he's doing exactly what he wants, maybe their contracts have a trial period where if they don't make it past a certain time they don't have to pay them or something, it's a strange situation.
    You might consider complaining to the manager, since it affects the food quality, see what his justification is.

    The thing is Strykstar, the manager is changing all the time as well! I don't know what they intend to do, but if the people are leaving all the time something is wrong. And this last time is really bad because the cook that came is really bad, the soups they make cannot be eaten and... well, I guess I miss the old cook and that's it, I really loved her food, it might be the same menu, but whether you can cook or not.
