The company that makes the ever popular Sriracha sauce, also makes another product called Garlic Chili Sauce. It's kind of a like a more coarse version of Sriracha sauce - having small pieces of the peppers and seeds in it, not as smoothly blended. It may perhaps have more garlic in it as well. Anyhow, I had a jar of it sitting around and not sure what to do with it. After looking around a little on the internet, there's a dead simple recipe with it that is fantastic. Just mix soy sauce, honey, and this chili garlic sauce together - all to taste. If you've got some chinese five spice powder and/or some powdered ginger, throw a little of that in there too. It's spicy, sweet and salty all at the same time - sort of like the glaze you get on General Tso's chicken, or that Jack Daniels Sauce at TGI Fridays.
