It depends on who I'm giving the souvenir to and where I am. For example, in Brazil your coolest choice would be to give Havaianas flip flops, which are Brazilian, affordable here and famous all over the world. For Europe, I would get historical little objects, maybe from a museum or something like that. T-shirts are also nice, if you know the size it's a nice universal gift!
