Buffet style salads and added after they started a pasta, taco and other "bars". This was one of the original chains to offer a "load em up" salad with all of the add-ons. It is sort of hard to mess up salad, but I do not care for the pasta bar and the soup bar seems to be boring and generic. The fresh bread and rolls are good, but to me this chain has gone down over the years. What do you think?
