Drink fresh fruits juice, its more good for our healthy skin. Fruits juice protect our skin from many diseases. Onion and vinegar juice provide acne solutions and lighten the skin through exfoliation. Depression:- lots of depression give the bad effect on skin.try to stay depression free. do some exercise daily, exercise will keep you stress free help to provide you healthy skin.
Thanks a lot recently I have had a break out and hopefully this calms it down. I have been kind of depressed lately so maybe that is the cause again thanks for the information. I will change my diet to change the requirements.
