What and where is our society getting to. I really do not understand, so just because someone is overweight now they have to suffer. For some people it is not caused by their actions or food that they consume but it is a genetic issue and such situations really need to be considered.

Our society, have lost values on life as everything is based on appearance and now because you do not fit a certain profile, automatically you must suffer for it. Not all of us can be a size 6 and most third world nations come to think of it have big people. Actually even the USA is said to have one of the highest rates of obese people. Now the question is, now those who are size 2 and 4 does it mean they will pay less, because they are underweight. And what is really going to be considered as a normal weight. I just feel this whole system is unfair and airline should look at better ways of trying to make money, this is downright insensitive and foolish.

It is crazy that this idea is even considered. We are not weight, we are people, so why should a heavier person pay more? Well, kids pay the same price as well right?
