Have you ever heard of Maurices? I'm sure some of you have. In the title I put females in parenthesis because this is a females only store. Sorry fellas. They quit selling men's clothes a few years ago. I guess the profit just was not there. For the females this is a very popular store and I must brag. This is a great forum topic to do so. Thanks for the chance to tell the world about my great experiences here.

For those of you who have shopped here you will know exactly what I mean. Maurices is not only amazing due to the fact they are always up to date with fashion, but also because they have a great philosophy about their brand. They are there to create an unforgettable experience that leaves us looking and feeling our best. I know this because I shop there all the time. They will tell you that when you walk in.

The employees are trained to find your style, get to know you, ask questions and then they can suggest the cutest outfits based on what they learn. I am always very impressed with the outfits I walk out with. I can't believe they do such a good job. I have never gone into any other clothing store and gotten such good service. They even bring you extra pieces of clothing while you're in the dressing room to match what you're trying on. The girls are great there.

I recommend that every female look up a Maurices in your area and go shopping there. I can promise you will have a great experience. If for some reason you do not, let me know and I will make sure to let their corporate office know for you. That's how dedicated I am to this store. I know their philosophy now so if they don't do what they are expected I have no issues reporting them. That should never be the case though. As I said, they have phenomenal service and I highly recommend you go check their store out next time you go shopping. Do you already shop there? If so, let me know what you think. Have you always gotten this great service too? I sure have!

Thanks for this great post! We have just gotten a Maurices at our mall recently. I have only bought a few items, but am really loving the store. The clothing was all trendy (but not over the top trendy) and very reasonably priced. They have a great range of sizes also which is a plus to me.

I too was thrilled with the service. How many times do you go into a shop and they act like you are bothering them? I hate that! At Maurices they are very helpful, while also giving you space to shop. I really loved how helpful they were while trying on clothes - they brought several cute tops I had totally overlooked that worked great with the skirt I was trying on.

Maurices is one of my new favorite shops and first places to check out at the mall. I second the recommendation here, if you haven't checked them out - go on in, you're missing out!

I generally despise clothes shopping, but Maurice's makes the process a bit easier. When I was working as a teacher, I was having a difficult time finding conservative yet stylish apparel. This store has wonderful options for the young professional, along with good customer service and reasonable prices. When I return to the workforce, this is the first place I will go to enhance my wardrobe!

I've shopped at Maurices my whole life. I actually have a Maurices credit card. When you signup they often give you a discount off your order. That was almost five years ago, so I'm not sure if they still do that. Anyway, Maurices has great service and very cute clothes. However, their clothes can be pricy unless they're marked down for clearance.

I personally feel that Maurice's is a little expensive, and it's hard to have a unique style if you only buy clothes from this store. The fashions sold are very bland and cookie-cutter, and you need to mix the articles of clothing you obtain here with some unique items or you'll just look like another sheep in the herd. I guess some people enjoy that, though.

My sister bought me some merchandise from Maurice's and I strongly disliked it. I tried to return it and at first they told me they could only give me a gift card to buy other merchandise from their store. I assured them there was absolutely NOTHING I wanted and after speaking with a manager I was able to get a refund. This is just my opinion, though! My sister loves Maurice's and even has a credit card with them, I believe. It's definitely geared toward conservative, older women in my eyes. The quality of the garments are very good, too. They seem like they could last for years if you take care of them, especially the jeans.

I had shopped there years ago. When we moved there wasn't one in the area, but just last month I got a flyer with a good coupon for a new one opening in the area. I'm a few years older now so I'm not sure if the clothes will still work for me. I think I'll take a look since a few people really seem to love it, and I do have that coupon.

It has been years since I have been inside Maurice's but even back then you could find some really good prices on clothes and accessories. Some items were a bit expensive but if you looked around, there were a lot of good deals on most of what they had. I just don't go to the mall much anymore because my kids are grown now. It is good to hear that Maurice's is still around.

I haven't been to Maurices in a long time but I really like that store. It's a little on the expensive side for me but it's one of the few places I can find stuff that is still cool looking but not too "teenage-ish" looking. I'm 28 so I don't want to dress like a teen but I don't want to dress like an old lady either lol.
