The salsa turns any ordinary nacho chip or any crunchy chip more exciting. Although there are ready made nacho dips and salsa in jars, I prefer making my own. Aside from being able to choose fresher ingredients, homemade nacho dips are more economical if you have the to do it. My favorite dip is more like a salsa which consists of fresh tomatoes, green chili pepper, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and a bit of Apple cider vinegar. When I'm lazy I just pour on melted cheese. I want to diversify my dips. Do you have any unique but simple salsa recipe you can share here?
