Hello guys, my name is Steve and i live in the beautiful island of Crete, Greece. Here we have a lot of sun most of the time of the year and one or two months of some rains. Having said that, i wanted to ask you a question about roof gardening. I currently live in a apartment with an empty roof atop of me and i wanted to make a small garden up there, mostly for passing my time and having a green spot near my home. Do you know what kind of materials i will need and which plants are the best for my kind of climate? As i said, there is a lot of sun and heat especially in the warm months of summer.
