I recently fell in love with resistance bands! For the last couple of months, I've been working out with free weights and machines, but discovered that resistance bands work just as well depending on your level of weight! I found a good set on Amazon on sale for $11 (yes, they are fairly cheapo). It came with 5 resistance bands ranging from 4-75 lbs, a carrying bag, ankle straps, hand straps and a door anchor. I absolutely love them! The only downside is that it's awkward to use them at first if you are a beginner. Also, be careful not to let go of the band when stretched (it will hit you HARD!) Any resistance bands lovers? Tips/advice?
