I don't usually get a lot of loyalty cards. Usually, it's just not worth it. But I did get a Qdoba card. I probably have lunch at Qdoba once, maybe twice a month. So not that often, but the card has already been a bonus for me. You get a free entree after 12 meals and it doesn't cost you anything for the card. Anyone else have one? What about other stores? I can't think of a fast food place with a similar program... Maybe Panera's points program is comparable. But I've had a Panera card much longer and I got there about the same frequency as Qdoba and I haven't gotten a free entree yet. Just drinks and pastries. Not that I'm complaining. Free is nice!
We have a Qdoba rewards card because we frequent there and with my fiance and I, we get 2 entrees every time, so the rewards happen pretty fast! I was talked in to signing up for one because it meant I got a free order of chips and queso! I can't turn down free cheese dip and who in their right mind can? They also have a program where they give you a bunch of points for your birthday. I think if you go there often it would be silly not to have one, especially considering the food can get to be a little on the costly side compared to a few other quick-bite-to-eat places.
I have a Qdoba account as well and I get a free entree after 10 entrees purchased. I love their food and so do my kids. We also get coupons from them emailed. Some of the best ones are buy one get one free. They also send coupons for free chips and queso if you purchase an entree. Really love how fresh and tasty everything is there. I also remember that around the holidays if you buy a $25 gift card they give you a voucher for $5 free. I think last year I bought 4 gift cards (for myself).
Qdoba is one of my favorites. Even my kids can find things they like there. I have the loyalty card and the free entrees do add up fast. I also find we get free chips or a free drink every few visits. They also have great promotions via email. BOGO's and other free stuff. Ours let us show them the deal on a smart phone. Something I love because I usually don't print stuff like that out.
Any of you know anything comparable? I think it is such a smart business model, I don't know why other stores don't do something similar. And the funny thing is they didn't advertise the program. I only discovered it by walking into a Qdoba once on a whim.
