I'll be proposing to my long time girlfriend in a couple of months and I'll do it outdoors. I can't think of a special recipe/dish to cook for the dinner. Do you have any suggestions? My girlfriend loves seafood by the way.
It has to be her favorite dish! Remember, you have to dedicate that day for her so you must spoil her with whatever she likes. Choose her favorite seafood, let's say fish, shrimp, crabs, or whatever. And then remember the dishes that she was so impressed with when you go to a restaurant and then research how that's done. She will love you for the thoughtfulness and effort. At least she knows that you pay attention to what she really likes.
