Hey guys! This spring, my wife and I are finally moving into our first house! I am really excited, especially because I have always wanted my own garden! I have purchased and begin to seed a wide variety of vegetables (Carrots, Tomatos, Squash, Hot and Sweet Peppers, Radishes, various herbs, and several different types of beans). I am hoping that by doing this I can significantly reduce my produce expenditure for the late-summer early-fall. Does anyone have any tips on how to store any of these products so that I can stretch them out over as long as possible? Any advice would be appreciated.
