I am a fat person but I used to be active. I would walk about an hour or more a day. But ever since May I finished school, moved to a more dangerous neighborhood and started working online so I have been doing nothing but sit all day. I noticed I gained 10 pounds and most importantly when I do need to walk I'm getting tired sooner. I want to get back to being active and I figured Planet Fitness might be a good option because it's quite cheap. But then I wonder if being cheap means that there's a catch. So anyone here have any opinion on Planet Fitness, good or bad. Mostly I've heard criticisms about the lack of equipment for more advance users and the free pizza.
