If you visit Internet Marketing forums, they normally have free squeeze pages that you can use. As for conversion it will depend on the thing you are trying to promote and if you have a freebie on the page or not. I will give you some advise though. I would've given you a link to one but I am not sure if those kind of links are accepted. Finding one should be fairly easy anyway. Clean squeeze pages turn to convert better. Make it look amateurish and put a picture of yourself and sign you name. Make it more personable. I have downloaded squeeze pages before.
