Microsoft's Signature Edition laptops, desktops, and other devices come without bloatware pre-installed, regardless of the manufacturer. These devices don't cost more than non-Signature devices, so you should always choose these ones over alternatives. Sure, you can uninstall bloatware yourself, but that takes time and patience.
Having no bloatware is always a +1. What's the difference between these "Signature" Edition laptops and normal ones? Or is it just the fact that they don't have bloatware installed? It looks like a pretty good deal to me, since they're also cheaper. It's good for people who want to purchase a laptop which just works out of the box. I always prefer to have any new device of my formatted though. That's just me!
