Has anyone used Mac Artboard before? If so is it a good program for creating graphics, even for a beginner? What program for a Mac would you recommend?
I never heard of this Artboard. Just saw a quick demo on youtube, looks promising. Usually I use Adobe Illustrator for vector drawing, for sketching I have Sketchbook Pro. Using a wacom tablet makes it even better. I will see if I can find a trial version of Artboard.
I would recommend Paint.NET for basic graphic creation. It takes no time to set up, and you can render many effects, along with drawing. It is great for beginners, and the best part is that it is free.
