A few months ago I have bought a great ebook on losing weight. I thought I'd share it with you. Most books I have read on losing weight promised a lot, but didn't deliver. This book is different. It gives you a lot background information on several things dealing with weight loss. Things like 'why is fat bad for you' and 'are all fats bad'. For me this book was a real eye-opener and it gave me a fresh perspective on losing weight. Knowing the background helped me to create my own diet and stick to it. After 2 months I have lost 10kg. i'm doing the insanity workout right now and it really kicks your butt but i am only on week 2 and i see improvements!!!
Thanks for the information. Hardest thing for me is to maintain the weight loss, once I've lost the weight. The yo-yo syndrome.
