I think dogs really like their freedom-and they like to run free and explore-but letting your dog off the leash can be dangerous for your dog. I think to let a dog off-leash-is that you must have control of your dog at all times-and the dog should be easy to get along with. Most cities and towns have leash laws though-so I would find a dog park area, were they are gated and let your dog free(make sure you clen your dog's poop up though)!
