Less weight, more reps!

    Numerous learners wrongly stick to a specific number of reps and sets since everyone's doing it, with regards to quality preparing, I think the most essential thing is to lift as overwhelming as you can without trading off legitimate shape, I think that its clever and irritating in the meantime when I see folks lift so much weight that they do strange jerky developments just to complete their sets...
