I purchases 3 pairs of trousers from Lazzariweb and I was disappointed when I received the delivery as they sent me women's trousers. The trousers are basically unisex but the women's version has smaller sizing and a few details which are different. I now have to pay $30 to return the trousers. I hope they recompense the return costs...
That sucks....did you contact them regarding the return costs before sending them back? I have learned in most cases, once you have paid the return shipping you almost never get reimbursed for it. I try now to get it in writing via email that they will pay the return cost and send the items back as a COD or have them mail me a shipping label that bills them. I have never heard of or dealt with Lazzariweb so hopefully you will get your money back.
Yeah I have contacted them and asked them to pay for the return costs but I haven't received a reply yet. Apparently they are having problems with their email server which is rather convenient...
Oh jeez! This is not looking too promising for you at this point. If it is a legit problem with their email server, it should be resolved soon.
Wow that really is a shame. Sorry for your troubles, customer service in general needs a lot of improvement, I think.
