Is there some kind of offline GPS for IOS?

    So I've been seeing a lot of GPSs on the app store and most of them are online GPSs. I don't have a connection when I'm outside, is there such thing as this?

    I don't know if there are any offline GPS for IOS because it requires you to use data unless there are some sort of GPS chip in it. I have not found a single GPS app that doesn't use data, but I am wondering the same thing like you do too.

    It's a very good question actually.

    Obviously you could just get a map APP but that doesn't provide directions. Fortunately, there are some APPs that I think will do the job; particularly one called OffMaps 2. Take a look on the link below and you will see the APP + 7 more that could be of use.
