My apartment complex has a gym and I lift weights there. However, I have some weights here at home, because sometimes the gym is just too crowded. I power walk and do a lot of Shaun T workouts. I like the fact I can do it in my home I don't feel self conscious. I usually do cardio 5 days, on three of those days I do weights, and on Sunday I stretch.
I either swim, job, or walk, but I mostly just swim or walk because I honestly don't like jogging that much. My favorite activity is swimming because I get a full body workout for the same amount of time I'd spend on just working my legs while walking. When I swim for even just an hour I can feel that I am using my arms, chest, and legs. However, I also like the feeling of sweating while jogging or walking so I use it as a break from time to time when I feel like I'm getting tired of swimming, and plus I get to enjoy the scenery outside which is a huge bonus.
