I have found it less expensive to buy frozen dog food rather than canned food. My problem is, how do you cook it? I might mix something that could be potentially bad for my dog. If I just boil it, it might be tasteless or is that okay?
When my husband bought frozen veggies, I'd just steam it for my puppy. What kind of frozen dog food did you get? Why not just get veggies and steam them?I know some dogs are a bit picky when it comes to veggies but mine pretty much eat any plain steam veggies. Sometimes I'd boil some ground pork and give a bit to her in the veggies mix so she won't get bored. Or,I'd mix butter with the veggies.
