There are so many types, qualities and other things to consider when buying honey. The words organic, raw, pure, wildflower, clover etc. all come up. I know you should buy honey local, preferably from the actual person who collects it, but that is harder to find in my area. If you have to buy from a store what kind should a person look for? How local does it need to be to give you allergy relief? Does it need to be in the same state or just in the same region? How much do you spend on your honey? How much do you use in a month?
