Has anyone here tried hiphop abs? I want to have rock solid abs, but I don't think I can with sit-ups that long to achieve that kind of abs that I am wishing for in a short span of time. I really need something that I can add on it, to get the result faster. I am thinking of the hiphop abs, because for now, it's the only thing that I know which is also not boring unlike the repetitive situps and crunches.
Hip Hop abs is a fun addition to a workout DVD library, but it will not "give" you 6 pack abs. It will be good to work that one into your routine, but you will never get what you are looking for from one workout routine. Go ahead and buy it, but don't expect it to work miracles for you, or you will be disappointed.
