I have tried so many diets like Jenny Craig South Beach Diet to Cabbage Soup diets. and yes the weight came off. I found once I stopped following the rules the weight came back on, even Double... I finally made up my mind to just eat healthy and watch my portion exercise drink plenty of water and stay away from junk food and sweets I began loosing weight and keeping it off. I'll be 50 in May and have lost a total of 30 ponds and feel better than ever. What's your story
I am not a huge fan of "planned diets" because I feel like I don't have any freedom at all. That's why I follow an "If It Fits Your Macros" diet. I actually get great results and can still eat some unhealthy foods every once in a while as long as I reach my fiber intake.
