I have seen online that many restaurants and bars are offering extended "Happy Hour" promotion during this holidays season and I'm wondering what the trick behind this offer is. People love to drink at the happy hour time because they can have more drinks that they could pay in regular service hours. But while extending this promotion benefits customers, I don't see what's the goal of the promotion. Perhaps get them staying for a whole dinner that compensates the expense? What to you think of this offer?
