How many of you here have tried assembling your own mac computers? I have heard that as long as you know what to buy like the parts, you can totally build a mac worth $2000 for only $700! Anyone here aware of this?
I haven't heard of assembling a Macintosh, but i have heard that you can install mac OS on a pc....and what they say is it runs much smoother on PC than on a mac....so that is something worth considering.....it would be interesting however to know how to assemble a mac PC.....maybe i could do that and start selling
I have never heard of anyone trying to assemble a Mac but then again, I was thinking it is more of an OS than anything else. I suppose it really does just come down to the parts needed to build the machine, whether it is a PC or a Mac, it is still just a matter of the right configuration of the components.
I suppose it's possible. Where would you get original cases, though? Are they easy to find and acquire? This might be a worthwhile project to get into if this is really possible. I'll research more on it, and maybe I'll come back with a report if I can. Thanks for sharing!
