I have to admit that Groupon is a favorite of mine for local deals. Lately I have been considering adding an actual class of some sort to my fitness practices. I still have weight to lose to meet my goal and I seem to be stalled and kinda in a rut. I was really amazed when I looked on my local groupon site. There are a TON of fitness classes, yoga, boot camp style, gym memberships. I guess they're trying to take advantage of the surge of people who start fitness programs as their new year's resolution.

Has anyone else tried a fitness class from a groupon ad? If so, do you try a different place and different type of classes when the groupon is over or stay at the place you tried? If you don't use groupon for fitness, what's your favorite way to find discounted exercise classes?
