Hey guys, I found a great cause today through a friend of mine. Winston was a man who lost use of his legs after a robbery. He was walking home after working to support his family and was shot and robbed, hitting near the spinal cord and causing paralysis in his legs. He has been to multiple specialists, who told him that surgery was possible for therapy and restoration, but this surgery is in the high thousands. Paraplegia and quadriplegia are conditions which result from damage to the spinal cord from an accident or other trauma.
This is really a great advocacy. I hope more and more people would invest their resources to support these groups.
