A friend gave me a bar of French milled soap for Christmas and I have to say it is the best soap I have ever used. I have no idea what they do differently, but it has an incredible texture, doesn't feel like it's drying out my skin, but still makes me feel clean. I absolutely love it and may continue to use this kind of soap if I can afford it. It is wonderful.
French soap has something special about it. It is of a whole different quality than regular soap, so it is definitely more luxurious to use. I think of it as a little treat when I use French milled soap. It does have an amazing way of not leaving your skin dry, yet its not like the regular moisturizing soaps which can feel a little greasy.
