Do you have much intake of Superfoods? If so which and do you think they, have improved your health. I love salmon, its rich in Omega 3. Apparently this a superfood. Possible benefits are reduction in cholesterol, risk of heart disease and memory loss. Other superfoods I enjoy are; Tomatoes, tea, broccoli and blueberries. Are you aware of any superfoods and if so which are your favourites?
I don't know what is considered a super food. Carrots probably are and I drink carrot juice almost every day. It does have a lot of sugar in it though. I love avocados, cucumbers and tomatoes too. Almost all fruits and vegetables taste great!
