Let me start with saying I have never weighted quite as much as I do right now.... when I saw my weight, I knew I needed to do something fast! I have been hearing a lot about a diet called Ravenna, from a doctor Ravenna in Argentina. So I decided to give it a try. This is quite a restrict diet, but I find it very healthy - you can eat lean protein, fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy. I have only started out on Monday and lost 1 pound, so I don't have a basis, but I have actually been enjoying it!
I have never heard of this diet but it sounds like it is well balanced. I am currently trying out the use of apple cider vinegar to lose some weight as I heard about on here. It seems to be working. I also am finding that my brain is clearer,,and my yeast infection has cleared up so I think this was a good move for me. As long as a diet plan it well balanced...it can't be bad right???
