Drinking during meals

    Then one might think, if we are trying to trick our bodies, we should rethink what we're eating instead of changing how it works to keep us healthy. Your body is a well oiled machine. It doesn't need fluids to wash down food.. you either need to chew more or rethink your foods. If you want to dilute acids that need to be there to digest your foods.. especially processed foods that are harder to digest, then you need to not drink during meals, or rethink your foods. If you want to drink more so you won't eat as much, you definitely need to rethink your foods. The fact that anyone would try to trick their bodies (good luck there.. there will always be consequences) just so they can eat improper foods, is a problem. Eat the right foods and none of this is an issue. Your body always knows.. give it what it wants and you'll thrive. Try to trick it and feed it non foods and it will turn on you eventually. Eat for health and your weight will follow.
