I agree with you that alcohol in moderation is not that bad but okay if your body accepts it. You will be surprised to hear that even the heart specialists suggest to drink 15-30 ml alcoholic drinks in certain cases.

No the situation is not that bad as we have plenty of water in our area as the area I live in is surrounded by rivers including River Ganges with plenty of water. However the water level and standard is going down constantly due to misuse by industry and agricultural use.
